I have been unable to access and withdraw my own funds from my MEXC account registered in France for years. Around 285 euros of my money is currently stuck, and the platform has effectively blocked my access by imposing unreasonable and outdated document requests. MEXC is demanding bank statements from years ago corresponding to my original deposits, as well as a photo of the credit card I used back then. That specific card has long since expired, and I no longer have it, so it is impossible for me to meet this requirement. Despite this, MEXC refuses to accept any alternative documentation or explanations, and they insist only on these old documents that I cannot provide. I have contacted MEXC customer support many times regarding this issue, but I only received the same automatic email responses, without any real evaluation of my situation or a workable solution. In one of my support interactions, my case was recorded under the ticket number 20260216000376, yet nothing has changed, and my account remains blocked. I also do not feel comfortable sharing sensitive card information in the way they demand, and their attitude makes me feel unsafe and that I am dealing with a platform that is not acting in good faith. I request that MEXC immediately review my case seriously, stop insisting on impossible and unnecessary document requests, and provide a secure and reasonable way for me to verify my identity so that I can finally withdraw my approximately 285 euros. I expect my funds to be released as soon as possible, and a clear written explanation for this long and unacceptable restriction on my account.
