I Can’t Access or Withdraw My Funds on MEXC

On May 15, 2025, my MEXC account was suddenly restricted without any warning. Since then, I haven’t been able to make any transactions or withdraw my own money. The screen simply says, “Under review, try again in 30 days,” but gives no specific reason. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I receive the same generic response with no real assistance. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
I had already completed KYC verification, but MEXC requested additional personal information beyond that. Despite my concerns over privacy and data misuse, I provided it under pressure, thinking it would resolve the issue. Yet even after submitting all the documents, they still haven’t told me why my account is restricted or what rule I supposedly violated. I’ve read through their terms of service and found no breaches on my end.
To make things worse, I’m not alone—three other friends have faced the exact same issue. How is it that a centralized exchange can withhold my funds without any transparency? This feels like a violation of basic user rights. If MEXC had an office in Turkey, I would’ve pursued legal action already. I’m now seeking advice on how to file a lawsuit against an overseas crypto exchange.
We joined the crypto world for decentralization and freedom—not to face the same gatekeeping and bureaucratic hurdles that banks impose. I’m calling on MEXC to release my funds immediately, provide a clear explanation, and stop abusing its users' trust with vague restrictions and zero accountability.
