I have a serious issue with MEXC Exchange. My account was placed under a "control mechanism" and I was initially told it would be unlocked in one month. That deadline was May 7, 2025—but instead of restoring access, MEXC has now stated that my account will remain locked until April 2026.
I provided every document they requested:
– A clear photo
– Proof of residence
– A verification video
Still, they’ve refused to lift the lock and continue to block my ability to withdraw my funds. My account, tied to UID 74260097, remains completely frozen. On top of that, I’ve received multiple false promises—they keep delaying by two days each time, offering no real resolution.
This is unacceptable. I fulfilled all of MEXC’s demands and provided sufficient proof of identity. Holding on to users' funds without just cause is unethical and borders on theft.
