MEXC Support Denies Help Despite Willingness to Verify Identity
Even though I have a balance of 446 USDT in my MEXC account, I have been unable to log in or withdraw my funds for a long time because I no longer have access to my old phone number. I have not had access to the registered phone number for approximately six months, and I am stuck at the phone number reset and verification step.
I entered all the required information completely for the phone number reset process; however, I cannot complete the process because I do not remember the wallet address I last withdrew to. Since my last withdrawal was about three years ago, I no longer have any way to find or recall that address. Because of this single withdrawal address requirement, I am unable to access my account or use the 446 USDT balance in it.
When I contacted live support, they were unable to help me in any way, and I did not receive a solution-oriented response. Instead of offering additional verification methods or alternative identity verification options for security purposes, they have completely blocked the process solely due to the missing withdrawal address information.
I request that the 446 USDT in my account be transferred to my cold wallet address and that my account be closed afterward.
