I Sent 4622 XLM from MEXC to Bitexen, But the Funds Never Arrived

I’m experiencing a serious issue involving both the MEXC and Bitexen crypto platforms. I transferred 4622 XLM from my MEXC account to Bitexen using the following transaction ID: c8fab29edc05df9fa5fab07045e54ed17f23fdbb4b37c404ea92a6aec15a17f3. According to MEXC, the transaction was successfully completed. However, when I contacted Bitexen, they said no such transfer had arrived or was registered in their system.

Right now, I have no idea where my funds are. I'm caught between two platforms—one claims the job is done, the other denies ever receiving the crypto. I have already provided screenshots and all necessary details. I urgently request both MEXC and Bitexen to investigate this issue together and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect transparency and accountability to recover my funds.
