I opened a futures position worth $22 on the Mexc cryptocurrency exchange, expecting moderate gains. While the position was up by $15 in profit, it was suddenly liquidated within just 3 minutes, and I lost my entire balance, even though my stop-loss had not been triggered.

At the time of liquidation, the spot market price was 0.03958, while the futures price had dropped to 0.03509. Later, I observed that while the spot price recovered to 0.03735, the futures price hovered at 0.03549—still above my set stop level of 0.03565. Yet, inexplicably, my position was forcibly closed and liquidated, well before the price reached my stop.

This clearly points to unreliable price manipulation or chart anomalies. In short time frames, the candle charts show highly suspicious spikes of +10 or +20 that instantly wipe out user funds, leaving no room for realistic risk management. I received no proper support or explanation from the platform.

I demand that Mexc investigate this unjust liquidation and compensate the lost funds. This kind of uncontrolled and misleading trading environment seriously damages trust and user experience.
