MEXC Suspended My Account Without Explanation—Unfair Withdrawal Restriction
My MEXC exchange account has been frozen without any detailed explanation, supposedly due to a control mechanism review. While I understand that trading may be restricted during a review, blocking my withdrawals is completely unacceptable!
When I contacted live support, they told me the review process could take up to 30 days. However, after checking complaints on other platforms, I discovered that MEXC has arbitrarily extended this period to 180 days for some users. Preventing users from accessing their own funds for months is completely unfair and creates serious financial hardship.
MEXC customer support provides vague, unsatisfactory responses with no clear reason or resolution. Freezing accounts for extended periods without transparency is completely unacceptable. I demand a clear timeline and a fair review process! At the very least, withdrawals should be allowed while the review is ongoing. MEXC must adopt a fairer and more transparent approach to avoid violating users' rights and damaging investor trust. This practice must change immediately!
