Metro Bus Departs Without Accompanying Passengers
On June 7, 2024, at 17:30, I purchased a ticket from Metro Turizm for a bus departing from Rize. On the same day at 11:50, I contacted the Rize Bus Station office, which also serves as Golden Turizm, at the number 0 (533******85 60, informing them that I would board at the İyidere central stop. However, around 17:50, despite signaling the bus, it didn't stop at the designated station and continued on its route.
