METRO Made My Trip a Long and Delayed Journey

On Sunday, October 12, I traveled with Metro Turizm from Alibeyköy Bus Terminal to Kırklareli Bus Terminal. My ticket, with PNR number Ylalty8, was for the bus scheduled to depart at 23:15, but it arrived at the terminal more than half an hour late. During the trip, the staff forgot to drop off a passenger at Babaeski Bus Terminal, and the bus had to turn back about 20 kilometers before reaching Kırklareli. As a result, my journey started late and took much longer than planned — it’s currently 03:50, and the trip is still ongoing. Due to these disruptions and the inconvenience I experienced, I am requesting a refund of my 550₺ ticket fee from Metro Turizm.
