Metro Turizm Canceled My Bus Ticket Last Minute
Just snagged myself a bus ticket from Metro Turizm for May 14, 2024. Can't wait to hit the road! When I bought it, all the companies had seats up for grabs. But after about 10-15 days, they gave me a call and said, "Hey, there's a problem with the bus and we had to cancel your ticket. Don't worry though, we'll refund the money and it should be in your account within 2-3 days." And then they just hung up on me. Well, it looks like all the seats are taken with every company. I had a super important meeting that day, and the freaking company totally left me high and dry. Can you believe it? No one is responding to my calls either.
