METRO Charged Us for an Absent, Unavailable Bus Trip

We bought a ticket from Metro Turizm company for 01.06.2024 1 week ago, but 1 day before the flight, a strange branch employee sent me a message at 17:00 saying that there was an operational problem and the flight was cancelled. The registration for the ybmkrb6 ticket has been closed for days, but after that, even though we waited for 25 minutes and 30 minutes for customer service, there is no contact person, they call it a WhatsApp line. No one says a word from there. Anyone who is sane does not travel with Metro Turizm, it is a company that sells tickets and takes the money.
