On May 31, 2024 at 20:29, I purchased EP on Metin2 TR through a Garanti Bankası transfer for ₺4000. The money was successfully withdrawn from my account, but the EP was never credited to my in-game account.
To resolve this, I contacted the support team and provided both the transaction receipt and my account activity records. However, they told me the problem was not on their side and claimed the payment was never received. When I followed up with my bank, they confirmed the transaction was processed successfully and that the funds had indeed been sent.
This conflicting information has left me stuck without a solution, and my EP still has not been added to my account. This is the first time I have faced such an issue with Metin2, and it has caused both frustration and financial loss.

I request that this issue be resolved immediately — either by crediting the missing EP to my account or by issuing a full refund of ₺4000. Customers should not be left in limbo between the bank and the game provider when clear payment proof exists.
