On August 1, 2025, at 5:28 PM, I purchased PUBG Mobile UC worth ₺849 through a bank transfer on Midasbuy. The payment was successfully completed, and I have the transaction receipt as proof. My order number is 943745632740. However, even after more than 24 hours, the UC has not been added to my PUBG Mobile account.
There was no error message during or after the transaction. I expected a seamless process for a platform as widely used as Midasbuy, especially when handling large payments like this. It's extremely frustrating not to receive what I paid for and to be left waiting without any updates or support.
I request an immediate investigation and for the UC to be credited to my account without further delay. I also expect Midasbuy to take this issue seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen again to other users.
