When an EP payment in Metin2 isn’t credited, the most effective move is to act quickly with proof of the charge. Here are practical steps to file a claim:

• Check your history: go to https://gameforge.com → My Account → Payment History. Confirm whether the transaction appears.
• Save the receipt: download the bank, PayPal, or card receipt with the exact date, time, and amount. This will be your main proof.
• Official support: open a ticket at https://support.metin2.gameforge.com
. Select the Uncredited Payment category and attach your receipt.
• Direct email: if you can’t access the ticket system, email [email protected] with the subject Uncredited EP Purchase. Include your account ID and proof of payment.
• Check payment providers: some banks may hold the transaction; verify whether the money left but wasn’t released to Gameforge.
