I Bought UC from Midasbuy on March 24 But Didn’t Receive Anything

On March 24, I purchased a UC package through Midasbuy. The payment was successful, the transaction status shows “completed,” and the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account. Despite all of that, the UC never appeared in my game account.

I double-checked my player ID—it’s correct. I waited patiently for two full days, hoping it might be a temporary delay, but still nothing. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email from Midasbuy, which is unusual.

When I tried to submit a support request through their Help Center, I ran into even more issues. For the past two days, every time I attempt to file a complaint, the system throws an error and won’t let me create a ticket. This is beyond frustrating.
