I purchased a Metin2 top-up worth ₺1050 through the Gaya store. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my credit card, but the TL balance was never added to my Metin2 account.
This situation has left me at a loss, as I paid the full amount but received nothing in return. I urgently need this issue to be resolved. If not, I will have no choice but to prepare a formal complaint and pursue legal action.
