Midasbuy Charged Me Without My Consent for PUBG Mobile

On April 15, 2025, a ₺2,250 transaction was made through Midasbuy for PUBG Mobile—without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this payment, and yet the amount was withdrawn from my account.

I immediately contacted Midasbuy customer service, expecting them to help. Instead, I was met with indifference. They simply claimed, “You made the purchase” and refused to investigate any further. I’ve been left with no clear process to dispute the charge and no assistance in recovering my money.

Midasbuy, this is unacceptable. I demand that you fully investigate this unauthorized charge and refund my ₺2,250 immediately. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action if needed. You cannot ignore such a serious violation of user trust.
