Midasbuy Took My Bank Transfer Payment but Didn’t Add UC or Respond to My Complaints

I made a bank transfer payment through Midasbuy, and while the money was successfully withdrawn from my account, the UC never appeared in my game account. I immediately submitted a support request, but it’s been days and I’ve received absolutely no resolution or response.
There’s no live support number, no proper contact channel, and the automated system is useless. I’ve sent multiple complaint messages through the platform, but nobody has followed up or even acknowledged the issue.
Midasbuy, you’ve taken my ₺ and failed to deliver what I paid for. This is unacceptable. I demand that you either complete the UC delivery or refund my payment immediately. Stop ignoring your users and take responsibility for your broken service.
