On October 1, at around 03:10 a.m., I attempted to transfer 1,156 USDT from my MetaMask wallet (0xA95dfCDfcA73777a15**) to my Binance Global account using the BEP20 network. However, the transaction failed, and afterward, my USDT balance disappeared — it now shows zero both in my MetaMask wallet and in my Binance account. No additional fees or commission were deducted during the process.
So far, I have not contacted Binance or MetaMask customer support.
I request that this transfer be corrected and that my lost USDT balance be restored to my account.
I kindly ask that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
