On February 1, 2025, I initiated a withdrawal of 480 USDT worth of BTT tokens from my Gate.io account to Binance via the BEP20 network. The coins left my Gate.io account, but never arrived in Binance.

I attempted the transaction twice, and both times it was rejected—yet my funds were never refunded. This is completely unacceptable. I have attached screenshots of my Gate.io transfer history and Binance deposit history as proof.

Gate.io, I demand an immediate refund of my missing funds. My money didn’t just disappear, and I expect you to take responsibility for this failed transaction. Return my 480 USDT now!
