I Can’t Reach MetaMask Support and My USDT Transfer Isn’t Showing in My Wallet

I’ve been trying to get help from MetaMask for a full week now, and I’m getting nowhere. I sent USDT from my Binance TR account to my MetaMask wallet, but the funds never showed up. I’ve double-checked everything—wallet address, network, transaction ID—and everything seems correct on my end. Still, the balance in my wallet is zero.
The biggest issue? I can’t even reach MetaMask support. I keep clicking the support section on their official site, but it won’t open. There's no response, no ticket system that works, and no live chat available. I feel completely stuck and ignored.
To make things worse, the MetaMask app interface showing this issue doesn’t inspire confidence. It doesn’t clearly show what's wrong, and there's no way to escalate the problem.
