On October 18, 2025, I noticed that my Gate.io account balance of approximately 500 USDT had suddenly disappeared, even though I didn’t make any transactions. My USDT balance dropped to zero without warning, and I couldn’t understand why. I did not perform any transfers, trades, or other activities, yet my entire balance vanished.

I tried to contact Gate.io customer support, but I haven’t received any response or explanation. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I didn’t receive any alerts, notifications, or error messages before or after the balance disappeared.

I request that Gate.io investigate this incident, restore the missing 500 USDT, and provide a detailed explanation of how this situation occurred.
