I’m having a serious issue with Trust Wallet involving a missing USDT transfer on the ERC20 network. I was supposed to receive 43,000 USDT to my wallet through both BEP20 and ERC20 networks. I specifically provided my ERC20 (Ethereum) USDT address for the transaction. The transaction was completed and confirmed on the blockchain, but my Trust Wallet balance still shows $0.
I can see the transaction ID and proof that the funds were sent to the correct ERC20 address, yet nothing is reflected in my wallet. I’ve tried to understand the reason behind this but found no helpful information. This is a significant amount of money, and I’m extremely concerned.
