If Meta Pay withdrew money from your card without you buying anything;
• Contact Meta Pay / Meta Support immediately via the Meta Help Center and report an unauthorized charge
• Provide your Meta account email, charge date and amount, transaction ID (if shown), and screenshots or bank statement proving the debit

• Explain why the charge occurred (ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account misuse)
• Refund the unauthorized transaction
• Secure your account and stop future charges (remove card, review active payments, enable extra security)
If the problem persists;
• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment records
• Remove your card from Meta Pay and check for any active subscriptions or ad accounts
• Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge and block further debits
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund, investigation, and accountability
