I recently discovered that two unauthorized charges of ₺999 each were made on my credit card through Google Pay, without my knowledge or consent. These transactions were not part of any subscription or membership, and I never received any security code, OTP, or confirmation before the charges occurred.
After reviewing my account activity, it’s clear that these payments were processed directly by Google Pay, yet I had no interaction with the platform for these charges. This strongly suggests that my card information was stolen and used fraudulently.
I filed a dispute, but the result came back as “denied”, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am now publicly demanding that Google Pay fully refund the ₺1,998 that was withdrawn without authorization.
