I signed up for a yearly membership with Mentalup, but now my account is showing as restricted. The app doesn't have a phone number to call; the only way to get support is through email. I've sent emails, but nobody has replied, and it seems like nobody cares. They easily take money from my card. I really regret getting involved with this app. I want my money back for the charge on my card. This is basically cybercrime.
