MentalUP Charged Me Despite Same-Day Subscription Cancellation

I subscribed to MentalUP and canceled the same day, yet they charged me for an annual membership despite the claim of a seven-day free trial. I immediately noticed the issue and tried to resolve it, but there was no contact number available for customer support.

Additionally, I found the app’s content unimpressive, which further justifies my decision to cancel. Despite my efforts to address this, MentalUP has not refunded my money. This situation is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate the matter to relevant authorities if my refund is not processed promptly. I expect MentalUP to honor their advertised trial policy and improve their communication channels. Please resolve this issue immediately.
