Unable to Access Paid MentalUP Game Membership on Child's Tablet

Hello. About a week ago, I purchased a subscription for the MentalUP intelligence game and set up an account on my phone. Now, I’m trying to log into the app on my child’s tablet, but it simply won’t work. Despite multiple emails seeking help, I’ve received only generic responses that don’t address the issue, and recently, they haven’t even replied to my emails. After paying for this membership, I’m unable to use it as intended, and it’s beyond frustrating.

I recommended MentalUP to many others, so I feel particularly let down by this lack of support. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I expected better from a company that promotes educational tools for children.
