Memrise App Stuck on 'Welcome to Exam Prep' Screen on iPhone

While using the Memrise app on my iPhone yesterday, I navigated to a screen reading "welcome to exam prep" and have been completely stuck on it ever since. Standard troubleshooting methods—such as tapping the back button, selecting different areas of the screen, or force closing and relaunching the app—have failed to work, and the app continuously redirects me back to this exact same page every time I open it.

As a result, I am currently unable to access my lessons, navigate to any other menu, or use the app normally. I request that technical support resolve this in-app glitch, clear my account from this stuck screen to restore access to my main dashboard and lessons, and push a permanent fix so this freezing issue does not happen again.

I ask that this matter be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
