"I would like to thank Regional Manager Ms. Nilay for her interest and concern in reaching out to me. She responded promptly to address the issue. She solved in one day a situation that couldn't be resolved in two months. It's really important to have knowledgeable people handling such matters, but I would also like to reiterate that the attitude and work approach of the store employees is lacking."
