Missha Liquid Blush Not Delivered After 1 Month – Poor Customer Service Response
I ordered a Missha liquid blush, which was supposed to be delivered to my address. After waiting for over a month and contacting the company multiple times, the product was still not sent. When I called the Izmir Optimum store, an employee rudely admitted they forgot and dismissed the issue. I then reached out to customer service, and they assured me the product would be sent, but it never arrived. I don’t understand why I’m facing this situation, and I expect the issue to be resolved immediately.
I would like to thank Regional Manager Ms. Nilay for her interest and concern in reaching out to me. She responded promptly to address the issue. She solved in one day a situation that couldn't be resolved in two months. It's really important to have knowledgeable people handling such matters, but I would also like to reiterate that the attitude and work approach of the store employees is lacking.
