I downloaded the Meditopia app on my Android device and started the one-week free trial. Since I didn’t like the app, I deleted it before the trial ended, assuming that my subscription was canceled.
However, today I discovered that ₺899.99 was withdrawn from my Papara card under the label “Meditopia Premium Annual Membership.” This charge was made without any prior notification or warning. I never received an SMS or email informing me about the subscription renewal, the end of the trial period, or any cancellation confirmation.
I contacted both Google Play Store and Meditopia support to request a refund, but I have not yet received any response. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I feel misled.
I am requesting a full refund of the ₺899.99 charged to my card and an immediate resolution to this issue. Customers should not be charged for services they do not use and after they believed their trial was canceled.
