I signed up for the 7-day free trial of Meditopia Premium. However, on **September 10, 2025—only 6 days into the trial—**my account was charged 900 TL. This happened even though the free trial period had not yet ended, and I had not benefited from the premium features during this time.
The payment was processed through the App Store, and my order number is MNY56BTSLL. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach customer service via phone and could not get any support to resolve the issue.
This situation is unfair and misleading. I demand a full refund of the 900 TL that was wrongly charged before the trial period ended. Meditopia must ensure that free trials are honored properly and that customers are not billed prematurely.
