Meditopia Wrongly Charged Despite Free Signup

On August 27, 2024, I registered for the Meditopia app with a free membership. At the time, it was stated that if I wanted to upgrade, a charge of 80 TL would apply. However, without purchasing any additional service or subscription, my credit card was charged 900 TL in a single transaction.

I immediately contacted Meditopia customer service, but I have not received any response to date. The transaction was processed through Apple, and the email address linked to my account is s*********@gmail.com.**

This charge is both unauthorized and unfair. I demand a full refund of the 900 TL that was wrongly taken from my account and assurance that such charges will not happen again without my consent.
