Meditopia Charged 300 TL On Play Store Despite Not Using Subscription

On August 11, my account was automatically charged ₺300 through the Google Play Store for a Meditopia subscription. However, I do not use the app and I do not want my membership to continue.

This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. In the past, I experienced the same problem and received a refund. This time, however, even though I contacted customer service via email, I never received any response.

I am requesting that my annual subscription be canceled and that the ₺300 charged to my account be refunded immediately. Customers should not have to deal with recurring charges for services they do not use and cannot cancel easily. I expect this matter to be resolved as quickly as possible.
