Media Markt's Viomi V5 Smart Vacuum Experiences Technical Difficulties

I have had to take my Viomi V5 smart vacuum in for repairs no less than four times in the space of just over half a year after I bought it. Now, someone has taken my vacuum, and I can't seem to locate anyone who can help me with this problem. The government employees that we have contacted are not being helpful in any way. I have completed the journey of 100 kilometers ten times, which has cost me a total of 10,000 Turkish Lira. Because of this purchase, we are filled with profound regret. I am demanding that we be compensated for the monetary and emotional losses that we have sustained.
