Grundig Service Delayed My Media Markt White Goods Installation

For about four days, the white goods we purchased from Media Markt could not be installed by Grundig service, leaving us highly inconvenienced. We had specifically planned our delivery and installation dates to align with moving into our new home, but this delay has disrupted everything. During our conversations with the Call Center staff, no solution-oriented approach was offered. It is incredibly frustrating that a well-known brand like Grundig cannot handle basic customer service and installation processes. Despite our requests for the issue to be resolved promptly, we received no response. This experience has not only caused logistical problems but also shaken our trust in both Grundig and Media Markt. In summary, Grundig's service has been a disappointment.
