Grundig Did Not Send a Technician for My TV Installation Appointment

Although an appointment was scheduled through Customer Service for the authorized installation of the Grundig TV I purchased on 01/08/2025 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., the service team did not show up. I stayed home all day waiting, yet no one contacted me. I was told that the Dikmen Service had redirected the request to the Emek Service, and the information had been passed along. However, despite this, the authorized service did not arrive at the scheduled time, and the installation was not completed. No apology or explanation was provided, and my grievance remains unresolved. The lack of responsibility and communication throughout this process is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider potential service issues before choosing Grundig.
