Customer Support at Grundig Disregarded Requests

I will never, ever recommend Grundig. They called me every day and said they were making a request for me. No one did anything, though. They were supposed to give me a coupon code, but they couldn't even do that. It's crazy to think that I bought something from a business that can't even handle a coupon code. I can't imagine having to wait for service from a business that doesn't seem to care about its clients. Grundig will never be able to come through my door again, and I will tell everyone I know about how upset I was.
