Grundig Air Conditioner Installation Delay Complaint

I purchased a Grundig air conditioner from Koçtaş. It's been 10 days since 06/06/2024, and I'm still waiting for the installation service. The service team keeps postponing the installation date without consulting me, claiming they are busy. I understand that, but I haven't received any service yet. I've been calling every day requesting to prioritize my installation, but there has been no action taken. On 15/06/2024, they scheduled the installation between 17:00-19:00, only to postpone it again to 20:00-22:00. I am unable to receive the service I paid for, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
