Customer Support at Grundig Disregarded Requests
I will never, ever recommend Grundig. They called me every day and said they were making a request for me. No one did an...ything, though. They were supposed to give me a coupon code, but they couldn't even do that. It's crazy to think that I bought something from a business that can't even handle a co
