On October 14, 2026, at around 3:40 p.m., I placed an order through the app from McDonald’s. There was a hair inside my meal, which was extremely disturbing in terms of both hygiene and customer satisfaction.

When I reported the issue to the restaurant staff, they didn’t apologize or offer any proper explanation. They only said, “We can give you a new one if you want.” No one took responsibility, and the situation was handled with complete indifference.

I request a full refund and a formal apology, and I ask that necessary hygiene inspections be carried out to prevent such incidents from happening again.
