McDonald's Served Me a Poor Quality Double Menu Cheese Festival Meal


On October 9, 2025, I ordered a Double Menu Cheese Festival meal at McDonald’s, but the quality and content were far below what was promised. The supposedly double hamburgers were nearly the same size as the regular ones on the menu. I documented this with photos and showed them to the staff. When I explained the issue, they defensively claimed that although the hamburger in the picture looked larger, the bread temperature was the same, and therefore there was no problem. This response was extremely disappointing. My order card number is 138. I request a refund for my order and an explanation of what measures will be taken to prevent such issues from happening again.
