In February 2022, I signed up for McAfee virus total protection. My subscription was supposed to end on March 13, 2023. But I just found out that the company renewed my subscription for another year without my permission and charged me 699.95 Turkish Liras. I wasn't going to renew my subscription, but now I feel like I've been lied to. I've tried to get in touch with McAfee through online chat and the phone, but I haven't been able to cancel my subscription or get a refund. Even though I've tried a lot, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at McAfee's Turkish branch or a representative who can help me with this problem. I want them to permanently cancel my subscription, delete my personal information, and quickly give me back the money they took from me. This rule is really annoying.
