Avast Premium Charged My Card Without Consent — I Need Refund

On September 9, 2025, Avast Premium charged $10 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. A similar charge occurred last month as well, but I didn’t pay much attention at the time. I received no invoice, email, or prior notice regarding these transactions.
I also couldn’t reach Avast customer support, as there is no Turkish language assistance available. When I logged into my account, there was no option to request a refund. I use the Avast Premium subscription on my laptop, and the invoice for the latest payment was never sent to me.
I request an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge and expect the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
