Mazda Service Delivered Poor Repairs and Left My Car Unfinished




I paid ₺140,000 to Mazda Haldız authorized service for repairs, but my experience has been nothing short of regretful. Before the holiday, they returned my car with incomplete repairs, assuring me it would be fully fixed after the holiday. However, when I brought the car back, they informed me the service had closed, leaving my vehicle in its current state. To make matters worse, many parts they claimed were replaced with new ones were clearly old and unchanged.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially after such a significant payment. I demand that Mazda addresses this issue immediately, completes the repairs as promised, and replaces all parts with the new ones I paid for. This treatment is unprofessional and frustrating.
