Dashboard Gap Issue on 2011 Mazda 3, High Repair Cost and No Support

I own a 2011 Mazda 3, and recently a 1 cm gap has appeared between the dashboard and the instrument cluster. I took the car to Mazda's authorized service center, Metinler Oto in Kayseri. They told me the entire dashboard needs to be replaced, with a cost estimate of around ₺40,000. They mentioned that a report could be filed, and Mazda might cover a portion of the cost, but it wasn’t guaranteed.
When I hesitated due to the high cost, the service representative rudely dismissed me, saying, “If you’re willing to pay ₺40,000, I’ll file the report; otherwise, don’t waste my time.” The issue seems to be a chronic problem in 2009-2012 Mazda 3 models, caused by a broken plastic clip.
As a global brand, Mazda should address this recurring defect and support affected customers like myself. I hope Mazda resolves this issue promptly and takes responsibility for what is clearly a manufacturing flaw.
There has been no positive or negative development regarding my complaint.
