I took my Mazda 3 to Mazda Ideal Oto authorized service for a software update. However, instead of addressing the update, they claimed there were other mechanical issues and insisted on replacing parts, charging me ₺20,000. Believing the issue would be resolved, I agreed.
Despite the repairs, the problem persisted. Later, they finally admitted that the software update was necessary but had no qualified technician to do it. Instead, they directed me to an unofficial third-party shop, where I was charged ₺7,200 for the software update.
Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, and when I asked for a refund due to the failed service, they refused. I hold Mazda Ideal Oto in Maslak and their manager, C Bey, responsible for this deceptive practice. Mazda should take action against such dishonest service centers!
