Mavi Jeans Sold Me a Defective Water Repellent Jacket That Soaks from the Inside

On 05.01.2025, I purchased a "water-repellent" jacket from Mavi, code M0110457-70877003, and have attached its pictures. While the jacket is supposed to be waterproof, every time I wear it—even when I am completely still or riding my motorcycle—the inside becomes completely soaked, despite no sweating. I believe the jacket traps heat from my body while the outer layer is exposed to the cold, causing condensation inside, leaving it as wet as if water had been poured inside. I cannot use the jacket at all. I've never encountered anything like this before. How can a jacket create internal moisture without any body sweat? On the first day, after this condensation occurred, my clothes turned black from color transfer. The dye also bled into the jacket's inner lining near the neck area, creating discoloration. This jacket is clearly defective. A Mavi brand jacket costing ₺2799 should not have these issues! I request a resolution, either through a refund or exchange for another jacket. It has only been one month since I bought it!
