Maserati Grecale Steering Locked Despite Warranty, No Error Code Detected

My Maserati Grecale, which is still under warranty, experienced a steering lock issue. The vehicle also logged hundreds of error entries, yet no error code was detected. The issue was reviewed by the distributor in Turkey with input from Italy, and they claimed the vehicle has no faults. This response is unacceptable for such a serious malfunction.

I am requesting either a full refund of the vehicle's cost or a replacement vehicle, as this situation has severely impacted my trust in Maserati. A steering lock is a critical safety issue that cannot be ignored, and Maserati must take immediate responsibility to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
